For wound-care clinics

The introductory pilot

Six months, no cost, on the standalone clinic app. Case by case: the six months run from the day your clinic onboards. We set up your account, sit with your team for the first patients, and you tell us what is confusing, missing or slow.

Who
Wound-care clinics on the standalone app. Each clinic is taken on case by case.
Term
Six months from the day your clinic onboards.
Cost
None during the six months. You will have written notice of any pricing before it ends, and your data either way.
Agreement
A Business Associate Agreement between Clozure and your clinic, signed before the first patient record is entered. No exceptions.
Support
Email, business hours.
Your data
It is yours. Export on request in a documented format. Full deletion on a written exit request. Never used to train anything. Never shared with a manufacturer beyond the Insurance Verification Requests (IVRs) and orders your clinic itself submits to that manufacturer.

What you get

  • A patient list with the next action on each row: an open flag, a stalled wound, missing evidence.
  • A wound record with measurements, photos, conservative-care entries, face-to-face encounters and progression status.
  • Coverage criteria next to the wound: what the record meets today and what it does not, for the patient's payer.
  • A document library and a timeline per wound, with an audit trail underneath.
  • If a manufacturer you order from joins Clozure, we connect the accounts and the IVR and ordering switch on. How that works.

Who it is for

Outpatient and hospital-affiliated wound centres, podiatry and vascular clinics, primary care practices that treat wounds, physician-supervised home health, and skilled-nursing facilities with Part B residents. The clinician owns the record: no rep and no manufacturer fills in or edits your chart.

What helps the pilot go well

  • A prescribing clinician who signs written orders.
  • A wound-assessment routine that already captures measurements, wound type and stage.
  • A photo-consent process your patients have seen.
  • Names, emails and roles for the team before training, so accounts are ready from the first day.

What we ask of you

  • A named staff member who does intake and is our contact for the pilot.
  • A short, regular check-in call with that contact.
  • Honest notes on what is confusing, missing or slow.

What Clozure does not do

Read this before you sign. A clinic told at the start stays; a clinic surprised later does not.

  • No billing and no claim submission to a payer or clearinghouse.
  • No payer eligibility check. Clozure does not call a payer. The IVR is a form your manufacturer reviews.
  • No coverage determination. Clozure shows the criteria and what your record has on file; it does not say "this is covered." That is the payer's call.
  • No guarantee of payment.
  • No multi-payer or dual-eligible handling, no EHR or ERP integration, and no uptime guarantee during the pilot.
